The Instant Whipped Coffee Method (Hot or Cold)
For a café-style frothy coffee using instant granules:
- Mix: Combine 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of warm water in a bowl.
- Froth: Use a spoon, small whisk, or hand blender to beat the mixture vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes until it turns light, creamy, and foamy.
- Finish (Hot): Add half a cup of boiled hot milk to the creamy coffee and stir.
- Finish (Cold): Pour chilled milk and ice cubes into a tall glass, then spoon the whipped coffee on top
